Muting a thread?

Is there a way to mute threads/posts? Say a discussion that's getting tons of replies that I have no interest in.

Did you subscribe to threads?

Go here and see if you have any subscribed threads:

Whenever you reply in a thread, go to the bottom and make sure you Do Not Subscribe under Notification Type before you click Submit Reply.

Also check here too to make sure you also have Do Not Subscribe chosen - 4 box down from top, under Default Thread Subscription Mode
