On posts I read should be "read" but when I refresh the topic page, it shows some posts that I read in as "unread" status. it does for some posts and not others.

What version of fire fox ?

Why wouldnt you just clear all of them ?

Set up your fire fox not to remember any of them then run CC cleaner and be sure to set the options in that also .

The Firefox User ID and password information is stored separately from the Temporary Internet File areas and cookies. I have mine set to clear those areas automatically when the browser closes.
