Are there any providers that prefer Far East Asians?

Kinda want to get an idea of where people stand before I state why I’m asking. But honestly is there anyone who does and why?

East Asia usually refers to China, Japan, N & S Korea, Thailand, Indonesia....
It excludes India and the transcontinental area of the Middle East. And Russia overlaps both sides.
