I'm viewing it from "Spain" right now.
The site is fine minus it the USA ad sections still being gone.
Orbot+Orfox on android devices or TOR browser+VPN on a PC/MAC and have it set to a country that's NOT the U.S. and you'll be able to view TER just fine.
Backpage and Myproviderguide are completely toast though.
