What’s that mean?

No court case if you were to get arrested by LE. Check with one of the criminal lawyers on here.

Down Figueroa is where the hot young whores are at in L.A., no old whores make it to the track out there, they're found on internet ads and local hobby sites. Check them out on YouTube and see what I'm talking about, they're aggressive and open up your door trying to get in
