Jerry Jones just announced he plans to petition the league to move the franchise from Texas to the Phillipines. The team will be renamed the "Manilla Folders." Dak Prescott, Cede Lamb, and Dan Quinn will be the face of the franchise. Owners are expected to approve the move when they quit laughing at Jerry.
