Fort Worth

Going to be in Fort Worth Friday Night. Where is best area to stay in? It's been 20 years since I was last there and I am sure alot has changed.

Check out Downtown/Sundance Square.

I was downtown FW last night and after living in FW for 30 years I felt like a tourist with all the changes...lol

Depends on what you want to do. Downtown has some nice hotels -- the Remington, the Omni, a Courtyard, the Ashton, Etta's Place (B&B), and the Embassy Suites) come to mind. There's a Holiday Inn Express at I-30 and Henderson, a little but farther from downtown proper.

There's a Courtyard (I think) just off of West Seventh next to the park and near the museums. There's a Residence Inn on University and a Courtyard on I-30 just west of University.

Lots of escorts frequent the places around North Beach and 820 -- there are a lot of places to stay there, of varying quality.

There are also a couple of places at Cherry Lane and I-30. I don't remember which chains they belong to, but they're within stumbling distance of Rock's Cabaret -- just don't expect anything more than long-distance entertainment if you go there.

You are going to be very impressed with the changes if you stay in the heart of the city. Ft Worth has a very nice downtown. Lots of police and security presence and numerous nice restaurants and entertainment.
Try to check out the Stockyards and of course the world famous Billy Bob's.

If you are into the Wild Wild West Theme & Country - STOCKYARDS is cool

But Downtown Ft.Worth is very nice and clean and there is alot of Night Life there.

Hotels are Upscale and the Clubs Rock!
