Ive always wonder how one is illegal yet the other is not and have yet to see a "good answer".
So if I start my own biz, fake film each session, register as an actress (lol) it's ok?
@SNL - read the ECCIE guidelines. It's OK to show boobs, but not genitals, and certainly not active raw fucking. I'm still amazed that Kink.com is still alive and well. They must have really good attorneys that know how to skirt the law just right. They're big enough that they should have been a DA target by now.
But porn actors are being paid to have sex, what's the difference? It just doesn't make sense to me.
Ive read "why it isn't" but still don't get it.

I've heard of the quasi legal "sex therapist", but I think using the term to try and skirt the law time has come and gone. Like what kind of "degrees" would one need to legally be a sex terapist and its usually for couples and not just men.
As for the porn idea, I guess if the cops bust down the door, its easier to explain two people having sex if there is a camera man and perhaps a director. Kind of hard to have on hand if LE ever does a sting.
