providers using BP to post fake reviews of themself???

So just to kill boredom sometimes I usually just browse BP for eye candy, but then I sometimes run into ads like these and it has me thinking if this might be the new "trend", I guess, that providers use to maybe pull in clients:

What do yall think? because I've seen that same ad twice this week about that same provider. I see others too but just not as creative as this one lol....

I think the link in the link was alerted as B&S some time ago. One look at the pics and hopefully most could figure it out but I guess there is someone out there falling for it.
