Why is this a fetish?

Ladies around my area say that pegging is a fetish and they up charge for that.
I can see liking a ladies feet a fetish but ladies don’t charge extra for a foot job do they! I can also see the ladies (some) up charging for Greek as there is prep but it’s not a fetish. Asking a lady to do pegging instead of a BJ or you doing DATO or DATY, and FS is not an up charge. I just don’t get that Pegging is considered a fetish, if that’s how I one get off then isn’t this the purpose of seeing a provider. To me, this seems like a weird thing to chose to complain about. maybe complain at those who don't do a good job, those faking it and not really into it, but if someone does u right, a $20 or $40 upcharge for additional service is not much to pay extra for added bliss.
Also the term industry standard comes to mind. I challenge u to find a single provider anywhere who does not call pegging a fetish upgrade. Everywhere in this industry, it cost extra to plow your poop chute. It just does. Perhaps consider it a poop upcharge if the term fetish is disagreeable to you.

However, if I may point out, you're a full service provider, so that donation is already higher for that, as opposed to an fbsm provider like me, Fbsm is usually less of a donation than FS.
