Nice to think about . . .but risky. If you are actively looking for that you could run into a sting.
Another point: If the provider is advertising that she is 18 or "barely legal, she may well be somewhat younger wit a fake ID.
Not a hobby story: When I was in college, and home for a holiday, I went to a club with a friend I'd dated in high school (we're both 11 at the time). Walked in and there at a table was my sister and her current boyfriend each with sevedral empty glasses and a Harvy Wallbanger in hand. Both were minors with fake IDs. She now says she doesn't remember it . . .but I do.
