I love to eat too!

Good Tex-Mex........... for lunch/dinner food....... I enjoy Maudie's especially the South Lamar one. If you want a great Tex-Mex breakfast hit up Juan in a Million on Cesar Chavez try the Don Juan Taco. Joe's Bakery on East 7th street (kick ass menduo for your hangover from hanging out late on 6th street), or Amaya's off IH35 across the highway from Baby A's and those motels.

Good BBQ.... Try Mann's BBQ, north austin off N183 and ohlen across from the Target. Vick's BBQ off of Burleson Rd in South Austin is good too....

enjoy your stay!!

I'd go to Trudy's on Burnet. Nice Austin feel and good Tex-Mex too. Chuy's is always good..try the shrimp chile relleno with deluxe tomatillo sauce..mmmm. There is a Chuy's on 183 and Braker area.

Not any good BBQ that I can think of North..so you might as well go to Rudy's. Its right on 183 and not too bad.. The County Line off 2222 is up North too..

For Tex-Mex there's also Enchiladas y Mas on Anderson Lane, between Burnet and Lamar.
