Miscellaneous Event Reminders

I noticed there is a link named Event Reminders under the Miscellaneous Link in our User Control Panel. However when you click that it says something about permissions.

If it is Ok to ask, what is that link for?

As an aside, I am getting comfortable using this site and appreciate being here. It is well designed and managed.
