i have a newbie that wants me to be his first .he is a premium member here for a month has no posts how would i go about screening him? he hasnt seen anyone else

Yeah, what DallasRain said. Premium access here is NO screening, because any LEonard, LEroy, or LEopold can buy premium access.

Ask him to show any form of ID (especially work ID) as condition at the first encounter...
