Which providers take "charge" of appointments

I'm interested with providers take charge during the appointment. I'm not talking dominant and I'm not talking rushing the appointment. I've had providers that come in, put down their things and attack my face with kisses as a good hello and those who walk in and sit in the corner all nervous.

So for DFW providers, which ones take initiative...of course YMMV I understand.

I thought they all charged . But I do love a lady in charge and balls to the walls visit .

I like a woman who is enjoying what we are doing so she engages and is a little aggressive.
