Flu shots have been around for years and generally beneficial (yada, yada, to rare side effects, etc), albeit not always a perfect protection, but the best science has to offer at the time. Lo risk, lo cost, potential benefit, good poker bet. Why politicize such a thing?

People don't like the idea of using "The Science" as a means to dictate your life and violate your personal freedom. Actually, some do like it.

I have no doubt that the DDPST party will force vaccinations on all political opponents - at gunpoint - while leaving the choice fo their own supportes as Voluntary.
