Planning a road trip to Dallas next weekend and looking for some recommendations. Willing to reciprocate with info about local scene here in Houston but have to admit that the two locations do not compare. (You lucky bastards!)

Would like a petite DT specialist who is a Greek Catholic but realize that may be asking a lot.
