I miss Indy’s....

I could get on there any day and in an hour be on my way to a great time. Now, it seems like it takes weeks/months to set anything up.

Blame Sesta and fosta. And then blame Texas how they chose to protect crazy people's 2nd amendment rights to take others with them to meet Jesus before they decide to meet Jesus by themselves. But no let's deal with that greater evil called online promotion of women.

These days it's this place,tryst,private delights who are all legitimate. And stg has some girls who are real but you have to sift out the frauds and phonies.

I miss Indys also I havent hobbied since it shut down, and would love to get back in the game, just scared to try anything else

Early on, yes there were some fun women on there. It was always best as an advertising site - sucked as a review and hofo site. As time went on though, the good women were run off by Local 250 (the old, overpriced bitter Hos who tried to control the market and that site) and bad management and the site went downhill

Now they just try to control prices by posting silly high rates on Tryst and hoping no one questions them

In it's last few years, Indys was utterly useless - good riddance.

agreed it blew towards the end, esp the "refresh" it was awful. glad it died.

I struggled post indys, but feel P411 is a decent option at least for most areas of the country.

God, the 'version 2' of TOS a couple of years ago was absolutely awful. I felt like it was my first day of interneting lol when trying to navigate the site.


I still see a couple of girls I met on the original TOS (they obviously want to stay UTR, so don't even ask). It was a great place to meet girls who were there for the intended purpose of the site!



That being said, times have changed obviously and I don't think we'll ever get those primo days back.

I don’t even know who is around anymore. There are many new faces and some old (like me, haha go ahead and say it). Tryst is a good site but I don’t think the girls are inflating their rates, I get the rate I post there so I imagine they do as well?? Pittsburgh is pretty busy but then again I’m rarely in town so I guess I can’t speak to regularly being here. I easily get the same rate I get in NYC/LA/DC/Miami etc unless there is something I don’t know. I’m shocked more ladies don’t use Eros because there are a lot of quality clients that use the site.

I think we all miss Indys to some degree, but then again I don’t think I’ve ever done as well in the biz as I am now and I barely work so I’m not shedding any tears Everything in this biz is cyclical and it’s by FAR a provider’s market at the moment.

Morgan, very respectfully speaking, I'm not sure how you can compare yourself to a number of the other Pittsburgh providers on Tryst. You've been around a long time and have always had a stellar reputation. You have always conducted yourself with a sense of class and professionalism. While there are quite a few others in the Pittsburgh area who do so as well, there are plenty who are, at best, not very good at running their "business."

I have seen rate inflation by a number of providers on Tryst. There are a bunch who have rates posted on Tryst that are much higher than their advertisements in other places ($50-$100+ more per hour). Most of them seem to be the providers who have pretty bad reviews, extra curricular habits, or other issues, though. However, some others who have pretty good reputations seem to jack up rates on Tryst compared to other sites on which they advertise. As Tryst has gotten to be a more popular place to advertise, I've noticed that more and more and could never understand why the disparity in advertised rates.

I'm pretty picky about who I see and, as a hobbyist with an unpredictable schedule, I have to do a lot more digging around to find an available provider when my schedule permits. The rate difference is something I've noticed while trying to schedule. I've also noticed a lot of upsells and other things posted on Tryst that don't exist on other sites. For some providers, figuring out what an appointment is going to cost almost needs a spreadsheet or configuration tool.

From my end with the amount of business available I was guessing they were probably doing well but I have no actual clue beyond what I see. You’d be surprised at the amount of first time clients that contact me with absolutely zero clue who I am. The hobby is really growing in many ways. Look at porn, even though it is free I make a really decent amount on OF. Blows my mind as well, I know.

I am definitely a niche Berry and yes it increases businesses, although I do have some regulars that prefer b cups that like my energy haha. I can still feel when a market sucks. Dallas and Phoenix were the only 2 cities I’ve ever toured that I truly lost money in and I was just chatting with a tiny blonde 20 something spinner that I only shared a rate in common with.....they happened to also be the only 2 cities that also sucked for her. We couldn’t be more physically different but we both thrive in the same cities and bomb in the same cities so maybe my niche is less important than I previously thought?

I used to see you in New Stanton frequently years ago. Don't know if you remember me but i always had a great time and session with you. BTW , I sold the bar last year in november. Boy did I get out at the right time. I am retired now but not from hobbying. Maybe we can hook up again sometime this coming year.

Well hello! I totally remember you! I loved going to New Stanton because I had the coolest regulars and my horses were in between Washington and there and I usually had on my riding gear when I checked in and the front desk always asked about the horses lmao. Such great memories. I remember I would post Far East in the ads and PI asked once if I was visiting China. There are plenty of fond memories from that site for sure. I’d love to see you!
