I always laugh at forum mods who moderate and remove stuff but do not know the rules.

I am on 14 different forums every day for over 10 years and I am always fighting mods that remove stuff and then have to pull up the thread with all the rules and stick it back to their face so they can put stuff that they removed that they shouldn't removed in the first place, back.

It's like cops who swore to uphold the laws who don't even know what the laws are.

I think forum mods should pass several written exams and real world forum scenarios tests before they are allowed to become mods.
