Leave the soda, pasta and white bread products off..oil and basalmic salad dressings ...no white cream based salad dressings.(ranch, cesar, etc).try to walk as much as possible...do this for two weeks and see if it helps you...(goes without saying..no fast food, fries, burgers..nothing fried!) I was thinking if I could get below 300 lbs then perhaps a membership would be ideal.
