The kind that shop at the big and tall shop. Personally, I tend toward the big section of the store, rather than the tall. :-)

Almost all providers do. When I first got on ECCIE, I would send that info as part of my intro in case there was an issue. Not one even addressed it (probably did it 10 times or so). I know there's a handful that put it on their showcase, but other than that, I think you're good.
