Mark White Democratic Texas Governor 1983-1987

I have been searching my memory bank,it ain’t what it used to be, for a Democrat did something I highly approved of. He was Gov when Texas passed the no pass no play rule. I highly , bigly if you will, approve that. That rule was invoked in the early 1960’s at my house.

Back in those days, what Texas called a Democrat would fit right into todays Republican Party.
