Provider websites in the DR

I’m heading to the DR with family and staying at a resort in Punta Cana. Are there any websites like ECCIE or OH2 where I can find providers with incalls and reviews out there?

id be interest in this info too. i visited in 2014 and did an all inclusive resort, so looking to eventually go back down for a vacation
