Apartment pricing

Any tips on getting an apartment to go through with advertised pricing?

There's a new apartment that just opened up but they arent even done with all the construction. Noticed a couple of the listings with really low pricing. I'm not talking about "starting" price advertisement. Like I'm on their site using the site plan, clicked the unit, and the price specs and date are all displayed.

I didn't tell the sales rep but theres a couple I found that were well below the usual. I inquired on just one specific unit. She tried to spin it as its mistake, supposed to be a different unit, blah blah etc. I basically told her that's not my fault and im here based on what their website gave me.

Anyways she said she will talk to her manager to get back to me.

Thoughts?

Go to local Justice of the Peace website and see if they have a form to file suit in small claims court.

Fill it out and bring it with you. Ask who is their service agent for the court to file the lawsuit and show the manager.

But if they give you a larger apartment at a reasonable rate and a couple months free on a 1 year lease - take it.
