I've noticed on P411 the top 5 or 6 ladies profile have "top listing" on them. What does that mean, is she highly recommended, more so that others. I wonder....

No, all that means is she paid for it to have that distinction. There is no recommendation of any provider coming from p411.

Just paid way more to stay on the top 10 list ..
