Best Around: Noodle Wave in Richardson.. Best in Thailand: Roti Mataba
De Rice on Spring Valley.
At first, I thought this thread was about the best Thai AMPs.

There are a couple Bangkok City restaurants that are good and always consistent. Love Royal Thai too.

Never had Thai (food or provider) is the food as hot as the girls? I like Chinese, but not the hot General Tso's chicken type stuff. Is there "tame" Thai food?

There are plenty of tame Thai dishes and also some of the spicy foods that they will make to order for your heat level choice. My favorite temp selections on a menu I've seen before are mild, medium, hot, Thai medium or Thai hot.
