I see this on a lot of encounter reports and I cannot figure out what it means? Can someone please help?

Most non-BCD portions of any encounter are illusional.
Reasonable IOP helps me. Overselling it does not. I know pretty much how desirable I am as a sex partner (maybe a 4/10) and I have a realistic appreciation for my level of performance (also not that high). So I cannot expect any casual sex partner, whether RW or HW, to bee loudly vocal, or to become exhausted by anything I have done. Well maybe DATY.
