and the hospital still doesn't want to say why he was a patient. Same with that other shooters out there. The authorities refuse to share information with one another. I can understand just giving out medical information (Obamacare for one reason) but when you have a patient who is clearly dangerous to others maybe they should consider sharing a little bit.
