Looking For a living home for my dog

Have a 2 yr old Scottish terrier I'm getting rid of. He's fairly well behaved but bit a child after the child pulled on his tail. 2nd time same damn kid, but can't risk him biting any other kids. He does require a bark collar if you let him outside, non stop barking when he's outside, will supply collar. Does well with other dogs, adults and kids(that don't pull his tail). Send pm for questions, would like to hand him off today if possible
