Shreveport visit? Maybe, maybe not?

Hi there I am thinking of visiting you all this coming weekend, this will be my first time ever in Shreveport and I am looking for any HELPFUL (keyword) advise. Where to stay, where not to stay, who to avoid and if you have any interest in seeing me at all please let me know. I will base me coming or not on the info and inquiries I receive.
