I have seen another video of this woman taking the cinnamon challenge.

I don't think she fell for it twice. I think she is either exaggerating or this is fake.

This is the same woman that gulped down hot peppers. That was funny too, but now I know they were both staged. Too bad.

Funny? Yes. But also dangerous. You do not want to inhale cinnamon into your lungs, which is what will happen when you start choking and gagging.
