Review Credit - ECCIE Worldwide

So, I'm having this back and forth with delimex007 about getting credit for a review. Somebody either tell me or preferably tell him what's wrong.
He says I have to have more contact information. I submitted the review with the website. I tell him Lovely Angels doesn't give out a phone number or anything else until you fill out a form on the website and they approve you. THERE IS NO EMAIL ADDRESS!!
I just went through the studio reviews looking for Lovely Angel reviews. Guess what? They ALL reference the website ONLY. I guess nobody is getting any credit.
Am I crazy? Or is delimex007 totally bananas? I can't give you what does not exist. What could be clearer?
Please have a little sanity check and explain in small words and simple phrases the following: there is no more contact information to post ... period.
