Activate/deactivation

Not sure why my account was deactivated, I try to sign in, at least once a week, haven’t really posted anything on here either so not sure what happened , I haven’t had a violation in probably two years so , I’m sure they have expired. Did anybody else experience this situation? I got my account reactivated,
