Alert template

I think the alerts section needs a template that asks certain questions in order to understand it's nature.

Questions like:

Name
Phone/email
Date/time
Bodily harm yes/no
Time waster yes/no
Verification yes/no
LE involvement yes/no

Describe the incident:

Why this hasn't been implemented yet is beyond me.

Thanks for your consideration!

Seems to be a sensible and do-able suggestion.

#5 - Outing or threats of outing are taken seriously. Membership here is anonymous and for the privacy of our members it will remain that way. That means any effort or attempt to connect a person's real world information to their username on this board will be dealt with swiftly and harshly. This includes real names, employment, medical info, addresses past or present, images, criminal or driving record, etc. We expect everyone who participates here to respect and go to great lengths to protect the anonymity and privacy of one another. Reckless disregard or accidental outing will also be taken very seriously.

Oh, and you can add a 'Pimp/Driver/management Involvement' option too...

Instead of name and phone number, you could put their handle/nick.
Yeah LNK, especially if it concerns an ECCIE member.
The phone numbers and emails can still be done like 903 2** 9240 or micheal***@hotmail.com. If the alerts are not giving enough info to help a provider or an hobbiest then the alert should be moved to a different thread.
Thanks for that, TP. And you are so right.

So, Powers That Be, when are we doing this? Is this at least being considered?

Standardizing the alert submittals will make it easier to search and help us all.
