Bike week 2021 at Daytona was inundated with that shit. Not too horrible at low tide since it was mostly trapped up near the dunes, but at high tide you could barely see the sand. Smells horrible too.
I've seen people say elsewhere that once its been de-salted, it makes great fertilizer and animal feed. Maybe get a big giant rake & scoop it up?
