Images in Encounter Reports

Is there a way to insert images in encounter reports?

Yes
Post the report and then edit the posting.
Note that images need to conform to the new images guidelines. See BThree's admin post on that

I would not use Photobucket to host any images with adult content. They will get tossed without warning and you may wind up losing your account with them.
