Hotel Recommendation in Nashville

Guys/Gals, I will be traveling, on business, to Nashville in the middle of Dec and I need a "nice" hotel recommendation. It doesn't have to be a Ritz Carlton but I don't want a "Do Drop In" either. Since it is biz, I won't be paying.
