Sorry you had a lackluster experience. Helen is a sweet lady that’s been around for a while. I’ve always enjoyed my visits with her because her room is clean, table is comfortable, even though she’s by herself rarely have we been interrupted, and lastly she’s never brought up tips. I’d suggest giving her another shot earlier in the day. Maybe she’ll be more energetic for you.
