Are you in otherwise good health in general? I've had this issue too the last few years. I've found that if I stay disciplined with what I'm eating and exercising, it helps a lot. But once my diet goes to shit, so does my ability to perform.

However, it's not all a lost cause. When that does happen, I've learned to really enjoy just playing around. The provider doesn't mind.

Well I don’t have full blown ED but as I get older I do need a little more encouragement than I used to. If a provider is just “going through the motions” or if she’s just not all I expected, jr may not show up for the party or may leave early... pretty embarrassing.
