Basic Hobby Etiquette 101

When I first started this little lifestyle that some of us call a hobby, a very wise member give me a little advice.
It would seem that a quite a few of you never got that advice or have forgotten.

When I lady with a stellar reputation decides to leave this behind, for what ever reason, and then comes back under a new name.
They usually have a damn good reason, and it's just basic hobby etiquette not to link her to her old name.
Especially in the open - keep it in the back channels with others that you trust.

Not scream it off the tallest buildings and shine spot lights on them.
We are not talking about ladies running from a negative past, so please show them the basic respect and courtesy they deserve.

I agree if it was a safety issue..I can think of a couple that had that currently on the site now.
I dont think what he is referring to was a safety issue. It was a personal choice.

And I can think of guys coming back under different handles trying to reinvent themselves after burning their rep with their old handle only to being called out..example: jr lawrence

Your point is well taken. Since she was to young to have an account here before, she can pick whatever name she chooses. It is her choice. Still,this site is about trading information good and bad. If her ad contained no face shots, then I agree on the back channels chatter. Privacy and safety concerns. But they did and she left with the best of reputations. Actually it is a form of flattery that she is remembered, while so many aren't at all. So a rose by any other name kind of thing.
