So I am starving and need some really good places to eat near the airport area. I could maybe take a lyft somewhere close. I just don't know where to go!

When you say "Airport Area" that still leaves a concenient location wide open.
If you are on the West Side of the airport (like around 40th Street or 44th Street) I would send you tothe Stockyards Restaurant 5009 E Washington St

Well that's one of the good places that has been around for many years. I've never had a bad meal there and I consider the prices reasonable.
