I still wonder why we got through all the trouble of getting screened on 411.It matters a lot. I got started with no references. Got on P411 and searched for newbie friendly providers (it's a search option). Found some gems, researched their reviews on Eccie and saw a few. After you get a few okays, that you have to request btw, things get easier.
