LE solicits assistance of busted BP posters, takes cell phone and continues to run the BP ads. Johns are busted as they approach the door. Not a high conviction rate but the ride has a high deterrent effect. Supposedly used by Montco.

Just know that as long as the Feds continue to send grant money to LE in this area, the pressure is going to be there.
The same idea of if you quell the demand, the problem will go away applies to what is perceived as a problem that is actually not a problem.. It is the illegality and not the demand that drives trafficking.
