Gift Cards

I have a $90 Gift Card that I was going to use on Seeking but didn't and I have multiple $10 cards left over from $100 cards that I used for seeking. Anyone know of a way to combine cards? If I could add one of my left over $10 cards to the $90 card I could use it for a years access here.
