Question concerning sponsoring a new provider

I have been asked by a provider wanting to become a member to sponsor her. What is needed under the new format?

Write a encounter on her to get her UFA status.

Can a member still vouch for a lady trying to get UFA status?

You can vouch for her but other than becoming age verified the only other requirement is that an established gent on ECCIE writes a review of an encounter with her.

I also have been asked recently to invite a new provider, I'm not sure what I need to do. I haven't seen this particular provider, but have seen her friend, who is currently a VP.... a lil' help?

She signs up, gets age verified, posts a welcome thread, and one of you guys reviews her. It's that simple.
