What do you do when you are new? :(

I don't have reviews, so I can't get preferred 411 or into any of the other screening sights.

What is a good way to screen people if you are new?

I'm also afraid to put pictures online incase someone I know sees them. Have any of you been busted by friends/relatives when your face is blurred?

Is there a website that is strictly for providers? If there is one, do you have to be well known?

This is very hard and dangerous for a female newbie, especially since it seems that you are excluded from everything until you've been reviewed, which is understandable, but still hard for the new person.

I've been reading alot, and trying to get a good understanding of things before I make a stupid mistake, but the beginning and being new is pretty scary.

Also if any ladies are reading this, how long does this fear of the unknown last?
That website is not helping you it is.

You need a synopsis of who you are and what you are about. You need an accurate physical description. You need better pictures. You need rates. In the Dallas market you probably need an in call location.

You might contact Private Connection and try to work through them for a while.

Good Luck.

Suzel,

I am not a provider, and am not sure if any of my advice is going to help. From my perspective (and I stress my perspective - not all hobbyist), the information you provided is not enough for me to take the chance. No rates listed, no area listed for your in-call, pictures are quite poor, physical description is non-existent... I certainly don't want to "bash on you", rather, I am just trying to say 'I would pass you up' based on information (or lack thereof). There may be some hobbyist that like the thrill of the complete unknown, but have a feeling you will do better with providing a little more info

Maybe some pictures from the neck down, and a nice description of who you are, likes and dislikes, appearance, location, and rates.. And if I like what I hear, I would be more than happy to schedule a session and post a review.

Good luck, and welcome aboard!

WALDT, so just be honest in describing yourself, your do's and don't do's, and any current pics that you feel comfortable posting will go a long, long way. In short, don't make us guess.
Everything these guys have mentioned is true. Now your concerns and fears I think won't ever go away. I can't imagine any provider who isn't a little bit nervous meeting a new client. I would assume that is the true value in having regular clients. Once you get your web page up and running along with some clear pics I imagine you will find some great regulars, to lessen those concerns, But nothing wrong with being cautious.

As far as photos we all want to see a pretty face but we understand why some providers elect not to show, just make sure they are clear, fuzzy photos always tells me move along.

Many of the ladies have had similar concerns as yours. Do what is right for YOU. Hopefully one of theses ladies will reach you through a PM and give you some suggestions.

Best of Luck

Sweetie, the first thing you need to do, is go in and completely fill out all pages of your website...I saw on prices you said varies and thats it...look through some girls website and get an ideal on what to put...take some more pictures and if you dont want you face to show that is fine, crop it...now as far as screening ask these guys for some references names and phone numbers and maybe a link to the girls website...and start calling girl...this is the best info I can give you....Just be patient things will happen for you....
Good luck honey.....

Once you get things adjusted rely on references from other established providers for your clients. Screening is very important. Some people arn't worth seeing at any price. Play safe and good luck.

And you really need decent pics. Even if the face is hidden. Hobbyists are not going to take a chance with no info.
Bah! I like your pics. They have a certain kind of mystery to 'em. And since you can spell and have good grammar, I'll see ya.

So much for being retired...
I feel your pain -- I had a heck of a time getting my foot in the door when I started. Hang in there; it may take a while, but it does get easier.

You can join P411 if you have a review OR if you have a client already on P411 who will vouch for you. Also, according to the P411 site, in rare circumstances another provider can vouch for you. In the meantime, you can screen the old fashioned ways -- through references or personally verifying his employment info. Since you aren't very established, you may have some difficulty getting his references to reply to you. One way to help avoid this is to have him contact them beforehand to let them know you'll be asking for a reference. It probably won't always do the trick, but it should help some.

There are ladies-only forums here on ECCIE as well as most other sites. However, the same conundrum exists -- you have to be an established provider to be granted admission. Additionally, as soon as you can, request access to "bad client" sites such as providerbuzz.com and dangerzone411.com.

Free ads in as many places as you can find will be your best friend right now; get your name out there. Continue posting on the boards too. The more history and presence you have, the more you look like a real, live provider. It will also allow people to get a feel for your personality, which is vital when you have no reviews and an incomplete website. Most gentlemen won't give ads from ladies without good/clear photos a second glance, and I can't really say I blame them. Not showing your face or distinctive marks (tattoos, birthmarks, fifth nipples, etc.) will help preserve your privacy, as well as taking photos in a location you don't frequent and in clothing you don't wear outside of your dates. But you never know who is going to be seeing your photos once they're online. Like the rest of what you do in this business, that risk vs. reward evaluation is up to you.

As far as fear of the unknown going away, it never does, and nor should it. Getting too comfortable or lax is dangerous; caution and guardedness is a good thing.

Thank you to everyone for your replies, especially Carrie Hillcrest. I have spent a few hours reading the myhoneysuckle.com site. I think when I have the $300 to spare, I will invest in the program she offers. I saw alot of useful information there. Thanks again.
