I plan on going to a reputable hotel in Tijuana and ordering an escort.

QUESTIONS:

1. Do you walk into Mexico with $400 in your pocket? (or do Mexican hotels have ATMs for American money?)

2. What is the best way to order an escort?

Agency vs. independent?
The best agency? (Baja Tijuana seems popular. Is that a good one?)

3. What precautions should I take to ensure I'm following the law?

Should I ask for a sex worker card?
Can someone confirm the difference between the terms, "escort agency" and "pimp". From Wikipedia, 'In most parts of the country, pimping is illegal, although pimp-worker relationships still occur, sometimes under female pimps called "madrotas"'.

Do I tip Uber?

I wouldn't mess with a "reputable" hotel your first time. Book a room at Hotel Cascadas which is next to the Hong Kong Club. You will see hundreds of Mexican hotties. You pick out who you like and take her to your room for $100, and you get full service from them. Rooms are $60 for simple and go to hundreds for VIP style. You get into the club for free if you book a hotel room, and there are tons of Americans there. It's safe.

I am not sure if it is a law but women get tested like every month. Most women demanded everything covered, but they will do things uncovered for a tip. I hit it off with a 10 from Guadlajara. She was fine, and she wanted to hang out the next day, but I had only one night. It's too hit and miss with an escort. I'd rather hang with a woman who is hot, and I have chemistry with her.

You can bring in an escort to Cascadas if you want. Girls just have to have I.D. In addition, they have a taco stand up the street that is amazing.

I brought cash in, and all the guys I saw at the club did likewise. IMO Mexico isn't as unsafe as everyone makes it out to be.
