I take it daily. That and Apple cider vinegar helps with my bone spur. Apple cider helps with my allergies.

I supplement magnesium and use magnesium oil. Which, is easier absorbed

I have not been taking any Magnesium.

I take turmeric and ashwagandha.

I have bursitis in both elbows, I have found that 1000mg of krill oil daily seems to keep the inflammation down.

I had a doctor say once that nearly 90% of the people that come in to the ER are deficient in magnesium and nearly 100% of people that have heart attacks are deficient in magnesium.
