i would like to ask about the reveiws

I received 6 weeks of Premium Access for a review I did.
I then did another with in my frist 6 weeks!
How does this affect my time for Premium Access?
Is that time remaining time added to the new review
Time when it is aproved?

That is correct, 6 weeks for each approved review.
When you submit them does not matter or affect the previously granted PA time.
