If you go to the review section of the area where the session took place and look above the list of threads click "new review" to get started. Be sure to use a specific date, and give some details of your experience in the ROS section. Other than that it's pretty straight forward.

Please understand that the Rest of the Story (ROS) comments are invisible to you right now, so you don't see those, (neither do the ladies). But those comments are really the meat and potatoes of the review, for many.
